- Contact form and vacancy application data: name, e-mail, phone, message, subject, source page.
- Technical data: browser type, operating system, screen resolution, country and language, visit time, referer.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 5.
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your inquiries and processing applications (basis: your consent);
- Reviewing vacancy applications (employer's legitimate interest);
- Improving website operation and service quality (anonymous analytics);
- Compliance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. With whom we share data
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- Hosting and email — internal infrastructure of the group of companies;
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization. Data is only transferred to Google if you consent to cookies;
- Government authorities — only upon official request as required by law.
5. Cookies
We use two categories of cookies:
- Necessary (always active): language preference, theme, cookie consent, form sessions. Without these the site cannot function correctly.
- Analytical (only with your consent): Google Analytics 4 to count visits and understand which sections are of interest. You can change your decision at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
6. Retention periods
- Contact form submissions — up to 3 years from receipt;
- Vacancy applications — up to 1 year (if not hired);
- Technical logs — up to 90 days;
- Analytics — per Google Analytics 4 settings (default 14 months).
7. Your rights
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 94-V of 21 May 2013 "On Personal Data and Their Protection" you have the right to:
- Receive information about the fact of collection and processing of your data;
- Request a copy of the data being processed;
- Demand clarification, modification or deletion of data;
- Withdraw consent to processing;
- Appeal the operator's actions to authorized bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
